The Highway Department has laid the first level of pavement on Elm Street.  The top coat will be laid when the funding from Chapter 90 is released.  When the final top coat is applied, aprons and berms, where necessary, will be completed.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Highway Department at 781-293-2822.
