Hanson Community Christmas
Dear Hanson Residents,
As we approach the holiday season, we know that this time of year can present financial challenges to many in our community. We want you to know that the Hanson Community Christmas program is accepting applications for assistance. Families may request needed items such as clothing, grocery store gift cards, gifts and toys. To receive an application, please contact Jenna Gomes at 781-718-0891 or hansoncommunitychristmas@gmail.com.
If you are a local business or resident and would like to support your community through this program, please contact me. There are many ways to be involved including financial contributions, adopting a family, purchasing items directly or volunteering your time.
Giving trees will be placed at the Town Hall and Senior Center after December 3rd. Each ornament has a gift wish. Purchase the gift and return it, unwrapped, with the ornament to the collection box. The Hanson Community Christmas elves will wrap the gift and deliver it the special person.
Monetary donations are gratefully accepted. Checks should be made payable to Hanson Community Christmas, and mailed to P.O. Box 163, Hanson, MA 02341. Hanson Community Christmas is run by a small group of volunteers and all donations benefit the community directly.
