Repairs to the broken Phillips Street Water Main will be made Tuesday May 3, 2016. Water service to residents on Philips Street will be interupted between the hours of 9am and 3pm. These residents will also receive notices delivered to their property. In addition, residents in the surrounding area may experience discolored water.
