Drug Take Back Program - Sept. 26th
On Saturday September 26th from 10 am to 2 pm the Hanson Police, in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Agency, will be accepting unwanted/unneeded prescription medication.~ The unwanted medications will be safely disposed of by the DEA.~ We can not accept liquid medications.~ Also, no sharps (needles) will be accepted.~~The Hanson Police do have a drop off box in the lobby and we accept medications 24 hours a day 7 days a week.~ We are taking part in the DEA's National Take Back Day to highlight this service and to keep unwanted medications out of the wrong hands.~
