Hanson Housing Executive Director

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:  Hanson (MA) Housing Authority seeks an executive director to lead an agency with 68 units of Elderly Housing; 667 Program, 8 units of 689 program working with Vinfen; 25 Section 8 HCV; 6 HUD Family units; 11 (40B) Affordable units and a staff of 2.5 f/t personnel.  Working knowledge of Section 8 programs, required.  Knowledge of Massachusetts housing programs, public administration and community development preferred.  Must have a working knowledge of fiscal management, maintenance systems, personnel and administrative management systems and social services.  Must be bondable.  Certification as a Public Housing Manager will be required.  Salary is subject to HUD/DHCD NEW REQUIREMENTS and is based upon education, experience, number of programs/units.  The position is open until filled.  Also accepting letters for management contract/services from other Housing Authorities.   Submit cover letter, resume and salary history by email to tmsantalucia@msn.com.  In the subject line write:  HHA SEARCH, No faxes of calls, please.  EOE.
