Today's weather conditions have caused slight delays in the construction project at Woodbine and Emory Streets. The intersection remain impassible to motor vehicle traffic and water service will remain off until 7:00 p.m. this evening.
The Water Department apologizes for the interruption and thanks you for your patience.
