School Committee Public Hearing Meeting 3/19/14

Dear Whitman-Hanson Families and Staff:

The Regional School Committee meeting on Wednesday, March 19, will begin at 7:00 PM in the high school library with Public Hearings about the FY2014-15 proposed budget and Full Day Kindergarten.  Both hearings provide opportunities attendees to ask questions and give input. After the Public Hearings close, the Regional School Committee will discuss these issues, and a vote on the local assessment for the schools for 2014-2015 will be taken. The local assessment, voted by the School Committee on Wednesday evening, will be officially determined by the budget vote at the May 5 Town Meetings.   All School Committee meetings are open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
