2011 Open Burning

OPEN BURNING

Open Burning Season will begin January 15^th and will run until May 1^st. Permits can be obtained starting January 10^th at Fire Headquarters, 505 Liberty Street, daily from 9-5. The cost of a permit is $20.00 payable by check or money order made out to The Town of Hanson. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Boxwood Tree Workshop

Oldies but Goodies. Years ago we made our own boxwood trees and this year we shall try it again. Members are encouraged to bring in their own decorations for the end result. There will be a $5.00 charge for this workshop and a sign up sheet will be passed around the month before. Listen to Christmas Carols,nibble on sweets and holiday cheer with our fellow gardeners. (Non-members the cost will be $9.00 and if wish to join us please email us your name so we may have a head count).
